Improved Reporting Abilities

No matter what type of children’s activity center you run, reporting is essential as it allows you to view data in a way that can help you discover useful, relevant, and timely information about your customers and business. 

Because we understand the fundamental importance of reporting for your success, we’re excited to announce that we’ve improved reporting abilities across one of our Dashboard Widgets - the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Widgets and reporting on the Families and Students pages and the Family/Student reports.

Updates to KPI Widgets 

• Active Families: Total number of Active families as of the current date, with comparison data available. Now includes the option to include or exclude inactive classes/camps. (For this widget, "Active" is defined as the total of Active, Trial, Makeup, and Single Day enrollments with a start date on or before the current date and a drop/end date that is either null OR greater than or equal to the current date.)
   
• Active Students: Total number of Active students as of the current date, with comparison data available. Now includes the option to include or exclude inactive classes/camps. (For this widget, "Active" is defined as the total of Active, Trial, Makeup, and Single Day enrollments with a start date on or before the current date and a drop/end date that is either null OR greater than or equal to the current date.)

Please note that when using the same filter options for each report, the same numbers should appear across all areas.

Update to Active Enrollments and Program Widgets

• Added a setting to “Search Enrollments for the Last Seven Days.” If enabled, you will be able to view numbers for the last seven days. If disabled, the widget assumes you only want to see "Today's counts in the widget.”
