Auto-Approve Transfer Requests

Wouldn’t it be amazing if students meeting specific class requirements could automatically be approved for next-level transfers? Well, we’re happy to announce that we’ve added settings to make this happen!

Previously, for class transfers, a staff member was required to log in to iClassPro to verify/approve student details such as age and gender, compatibility with program and level restrictions.

Now, if “Auto-Approve Transfer into the Next Level” is enabled, transfer requests to Next Level classes will be automatically approved as long as the selected class meets any requirements and an opening is available.
