Assigning Guardian Details via the Office Portal & Customer Portal

Effective communication with customers and between customers is essential in everything we do, and that's why we’re introducing the option to assign guardian details from the Office Portal and Customer Portal.  

In iClassPro, you’ve always collected guardians’ phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses but mom, dad, step-mom, step-dad, and guardians haven't always had the same contact information.

We’re excited to announce that now when creating a family and adding details via the Office Portal or Customer Portal, there is a new column for “Guardian”. This new column allows you and your customers to assign family data to specific guardians within a family.
