Smarter Editing on Camps/Camp Blocks

Staff members can now override the max occupancy for a camp or camp block enrollment that already exists. With this update, the iClassPro application will automatically display a warning message if a staff member attempts to set the enrollment to an amount less than the existing number of enrollments that are attached to the camp.
