Updated “Drop Date for Previous Class” Field

To help improve the accuracy of enrollment calculations, we will now display a field called "Drop Date for Previous Class" in the "Transfer Enrollment" window. This ensures that as soon as a student transfers out of a class, the active enrollment count is immediately updated. This way, if you have students who are waiting to get into a class, they can get in as soon as possible!

If you do not complete the "Drop Date for Previous Class" field,  the system will perform as it always has by defaulting to the day before the start date of the transferred class.
