New Custom Payment Type Option

We’re enhancing payment settings in the Office Portal by adding the ability for you and your staff to define a custom payment type.

When enabled, this new convenient option allows you to designate how a certain payment type (such as EFT/Electronic Funds Transfer, or another external payment source) is displayed in the Office Portal on the ledger, new payment screen, and void/refund workflow). Benefits will also be noticed by way of financial reporting for accounting purposes.
