    Currently, within iClassPro, a future enrollment is unable to be transferred if a tuition charge exists for the enrollment. To improve this process, we’ve enhanced the system to automatically delete the original enrollment and adjust the ledger when transferring a future enrollment with an associated charge. In doing this, the system will automatically create a new charge and reapply any payments that were applied to the original charge. 

    Please note that the new enrollment will automatically apply the original tuition charge amount so it may be necessary to manually adjust the charge amount if the new class has a higher or lower price.
